Prices and Payment
All prices are in £ sterling. For the time being UK VAT is not applicable. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by PayPal and most major credit and debit cards through PayPal. Payment by direct cash transfer (BACS) is encouraged. Overseas payment can be made to our IBAN account, converted to sterling at the Bank of England Exchange Rate. Payment is taken once we have established that we can fulfill your order, checked details and stock availability. We do not dispatch goods until payment has been cleared. (This is virtually instantaneous with PayPal accounts). Our Bank Sort Code is 30-97-06 and the account number is 1619607, and the IBAN no. is GB12 LOYD 3097 0601 6196 07
We supply goods to the UK by Royal Mail, and world wide by means of Airmail. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within 7 working days.
The UK delivery costs are as follows:
Royal Mail First Class postage rates based on weight as totalled at the checkout, plus £1 packaging. (50p on orders under £10)
Royal Mail Airmail rates for packets or parcels as appropriate, plus £1 packaging.
You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. This will apply to your order unless you order goods made to your own specification, perishable goods or goods that by their nature cannot be returned, video, DVD, audio or software products and the item has been unsealed, newspapers, periodicals or magazines. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email, fax or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. Should you order, details of this right will be sent to you with your confirmatory e-mail.
After-Sales Services and Guarantees
Any item which is found to have been made faulty will be replaced. Items in which there is a design fault will be replaced as soon as a new design can be prepared and put into production. But this could be a long time.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights.
